On Thursday May 31st 2012 at 19:15 Lyons Fire Rescue along with Lyons Town Ambulance were dispatched for a person trapped under a vehicle. Rescue 3 took the assignment operated by asst. Chief Rios while enroute Lyons units were advised it was confirmed patient trapped and not breathing under a car.
